Music
“I want to live forever, in the water in the earth I gave it my whole life, I worked until these bones they hurt If I were to die today, my whole life would have to say.
I gave it all I got and I always took the shots I wanted to believe”
My first love, music, began way before I was even thought of. My grandfather was known as the cantor at the local church in Mexico for 50 years, and my parents met in the 70’s playing music. While I was in womb, my father placed headphones over my mothers belly introducing me to what we didn’t know would be beginning the roots of my songwriting. I spent my teenage learning my favorite Led Zeppelin and Linking Park riffs on my father’s electric guitar.
One day during a college math course, I heard a deeply intuitive voice saying “If you don’t leave now you never will. Go”. I struggled greatly in school, and knew this wasn’t where I was supposed to be. I walked out of the classroom and never looked back.
With my freshly written original songs burned onto a CD labeled with sharpie, I spent my beginning years of music playing open mics in New Hampshire and eventually with those same songs, toured the country. My EP “Lion Heart” even made the Top New Singer-Songwriter chart on iTunes! While I enjoy performing, my true love has always been songwriting.
I currently live in Napa, CA where I frequently play wineries, weddings, corporate and private dinner events. My last two albums “The Mountains Are Here” and “Bitter” are my favorite pieces of work, showing off my versatile songwriting and dynamic guitar playing.
I look forward to spending more time writing in the studio soon.
Thank you for being here and supporting my art. It’s an honor to provide soundtrack to your time on earth.
